煮到湯汁只剩1/3時..........

盤底擺上水煮蘆筍.放上煎好的魚....

魚的上面放上鍋子裡的蒜頭及百里香(裝飾)
ps:蒜頭可食用.像油封蒜頭...
ps:油封蒜頭:取適量沒剝皮的蒜頭.倒入橄欖油.油要蓋過蒜頭...
放上爐上.油滾後.關火進烤箱....
或直接在爐火上.開小火....
